Don't walK, RUN to La Vie MD. I loved the whole vibe of the med spa. It's. Very clean and chic and KIMBERLEY SAVED MY SKIN. Even though I came a little late she still gave me the works and never made me feel rushed through the process. I got my first Hydrafacial and she did some other deluxe techniques as well. I needed some serious exfoliation and unclogging of my pores. I'm a picker and she gave me so great tips and I was definitely in and out of sleep. Everyone I've gifted her services to has raved about her expertise and the results of their facials (Deluxe & Signature Hydrafacials, ZO Skin Stimulator Facials, Dermaplaning, Jelly Masks). She is extremely knowledgeable about all of the skincare that La Vie MD offers, and only recommends product that she believes are necessary and effective. I made an an appointment for a “complimentary”weight loss consultation and a pico laser with microneedling procedure, which I had gotten very excited about and prepaid for a package of 3. Then one day I was left a message saying they had to move my appointment to the day before , at the same time. I called back and said I wasn’t available that day, and expressed that it was not very nice for them to just move my appt without asking me first. It was very strange for them to assume that I was available on a different day. I ended up having to reschedule with them, and we had to push out the pico and microneedling procedure by two weeks, but I told them I could do a virtual consultation for weight loss the day they wanted to move me to.Well, the day came , I dialed in via the link they sent me, and no one was there. I waited for 10-15 min and hung up. Called their office and left a message . Then I got a text back saying the doctor was running late but she will call me back. I agreed . Then they said “or when you come in for your microneedling two weeks from now, she can do the consultation for weight loss at that time.” I said no no, I don’t want to wait two weeks for that. Pls have her call me. I’ll wait. She said okay. Well this goes on for another hour. Nothing . I called back and this time talked to the receptionist live. She said, I’ll have the doctor call you back in 10-15 min. I said okay. By this time, it was an hour and 15 past my original appointment time. Then nothing ….I became very frustrated. I had put off other calls and even delayed dinner with family to plan on attending this call. They had no respect for customer’s time, and not even the decency to call and just be straightforward with what was really going on. Was it because it was a “ free “ consultation that they decided it wasn’t a priority”? Or the doctor really got held up by something out of her control? I expect them to be honest and straightforward, and take responsibility and offer an alternative solution. Instead, they delayed and delayed and kept me waiting, and then when nothing was going to happen, they just didn’t bother to pick up the phone anymore and left for the day.I was appalled that in this day and age, one can still mess up a customer experience this way. I now want to have nothing to do with them, and I would like a refund for the package of three pico lasers and microneedling I had purchased for a couple of thousand. After all, you showed you have no consideration for other people’s time, and either you didn’t train your staff well or you prioritized some other procedure that brings you more income than a “free” consultation.I want to share this so other people can take this into consideration , for how you carry yourself and how you treat others bleed into your work and your ethics. It’s your brand, and you just ruined it .

Dr N is amazing! She is very knowledgeable about all her treatments. I had 5 sessions of picoway done by her in time for my wedding and each time I saw her she addressed my concerns of pigments/post acne scars/dull complexion, assessed my skin, reviewed results from previous session, and adjusted each treatment to achieve my goals. The treatment was very effective all thanks to Dr N’s work! The end results were amazing, my skin and overall complexion have never looked better! I always like like my experience here. The hydra facials are reasonable if you buy the package. I really recommend you do that and watch out for their promotions. They also have signature facials and there’s discounts if it’s your first time.
