I made an an appointment for a “complimentary”weight loss consultation and a pico laser with microneedling procedure, which I had gotten very excited about and prepaid for a package of 3. Then one day I was left a message saying they had to move my appointment to the day before , at the same time. I called back and said I wasn’t available that day, and expressed that it was not very nice for them to just move my appt without asking me first. It was very strange for them to assume that I was available on a different day. I ended up having to reschedule with them, and we had to push out the pico and microneedling procedure by two weeks, but I told them I could do a virtual consultation for weight loss the day they wanted to move me to.Well, the day came , I dialed in via the link they sent me, and no one was there. I waited for 10-15 min and hung up. Called their office and left a message . Then I got a text back saying the doctor was running late but she will call me back. I agreed . Then they said “or when you come in for your microneedling two weeks from now, she can do the consultation for weight loss at that time.” I said no no, I don’t want to wait two weeks for that. Pls have her call me. I’ll wait. She said okay. Well this goes on for another hour. Nothing . I called back and this time talked to the receptionist live. She said, I’ll have the doctor call you back in 10-15 min. I said okay. By this time, it was an hour and 15 past my original appointment time. Then nothing ….I became very frustrated. I had put off other calls and even delayed dinner with family to plan on attending this call. They had no respect for customer’s time, and not even the decency to call and just be straightforward with what was really going on. Was it because it was a “ free “ consultation that they decided it wasn’t a priority”? Or the doctor really got held up by something out of her control? I expect them to be honest and straightforward, and take responsibility and offer an alternative solution. Instead, they delayed and delayed and kept me waiting, and then when nothing was going to happen, they just didn’t bother to pick up the phone anymore and left for the day.I was appalled that in this day and age, one can still mess up a customer experience this way. I now want to have nothing to do with them, and I would like a refund for the package of three pico lasers and microneedling I had purchased for a couple of thousand. After all, you showed you have no consideration for other people’s time, and either you didn’t train your staff well or you prioritized some other procedure that brings you more income than a “free” consultation.I want to share this so other people can take this into consideration , for how you carry yourself and how you treat others bleed into your work and your ethics. It’s your brand, and you just ruined it .

Dr. Nebhwani was wonderful. It was my first time getting botox and she was so thorough in explaining the procedure, as well as the bigger picture science behind aging skin and possible preventative and corrective measures. Her knowledge and professionalism made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. I would highly recommend her and her lovely staff.

I had an excellent experience at this facility. The technician evaluated the boosters required for my skin on point. My skin has been glowing after the treatment. Kim the technician did an amazing job. Very professional, courteous and effective experience.

La Vie MD is the place to be if you’re looking for a great Med Spa in the Bay Area! It’s a clean , modern, , beautiful med spa with great staff and awesome services offered.I went there for my Hydrafacial and absolutely loved the entire experience!! Bonus - I’ve Fallen in Love with my skin once again! One of the best Self care things ever!! Both Dr. N and Kim are very professional and sweet ..they both took their time to explain the process and answered all questions I had regarding the procedure very patiently and made sure I was aware of the after care.Everyone at La Vie MX is so courteous and professional. I look forward to returning and appreciate all the communication and attention!
